📊 Position: Program Evaluation and Quality Specialist
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving positive change by collaborating closely with our program staff and Director of Quality. Your mission is to harness the power of meaningful evaluation data to provide programs with feedback that truly matters. The candidate must have experience in program evaluation and an interest in youth mental health.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with program staff and under the direction of the Director of Quality to develop, maintain and report on relevant processes and outcome data in a timely manner.
- Collect, input, update, and manage data across various platforms, including but not limited to Alchemer and those required by funders/regulators, ensuring data integrity and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Support both qualitative and quantitative data analysis of consumer care/quality measures in accordance with acceptable statistical and quality improvement processes/systems.
- Analyze, evaluate and measure program outcomes and provide input for sustainability and evaluation planning.
- Support and make recommendations for use of rapid cycle PDSA to manage continuous quality improvement.
- Support fidelity monitoring of Evidence-Based Practices.
- Build and manage evaluation and outcome reports in appropriate software, ensure they are accurate and share them with various internal and external stakeholders including staff, partner agencies and funders.
- Work with Director of Quality to develop new outcome tracking systems.
- Review indicators on an annual basis to ensure they are appropriate for goals of the program.
- Break out evaluation and outcome data by identified key features as indicated by program.
- Develop graphs, infographics, and other types of data visualizations for reports and presentations so that reports are clear and easy to understand.
