Family Recovery Project Data Specialist at ArchwaysConcord, New Hampshire, United States — full-time

The Family Recovery Project Data Specialist coordinates data collection, management, reporting, performance measurement, and quality improvement activities for the New Hampshire Family Recovery Project. The Data Specialist works closely with the Family Recovery Project Program Director, Archways’ Data, Outcomes, & Engagement Manager, participating Family Resource Centers of Quality, OMNI Institute, the National Family Support Network’s FRC Evidence & Impact Institute, and other project partners to ensure that implementation and outcome information is timely, accurate, useful, and secure.

The position supports the project’s goal of demonstrating and strengthening the effectiveness of the Family Threads Practice Model while helping turn data into information that staff and project leadership can use to improve implementation, participant experience, and outcomes.

The Data Specialist also works collaboratively with Archways’ organizational data and compliance leadership and the Vice President /COO to ensure that project-specific data practices align with applicable privacy requirements, established data-governance best practices, Archways policies and procedures, organizational reporting systems, and broader operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and support the data systems, procedures, tools, and reporting processes needed for implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and federal reporting for the New Hampshire Family Recovery Project.

Coordinate standardized data collection across participating Family Resource Centers of Quality and partner organizations, including participant, service, referral, engagement, implementation, fidelity, and outcome information.

Monitor data quality through routine validation, completeness reviews, timeliness checks, identification of missing or inconsistent information, and follow-up with participating sites to resolve data concerns.

Track project performance measures, benchmarks, implementation milestones, participant enrollment, service delivery, family engagement, referral patterns, program completion, and other required indicators.

Develop dashboards, visual reports, and monthly, quarterly, annual, and other required reports that clearly communicate implementation progress, performance, outcomes, service gaps, and emerging trends to project leadership, partners, and funders.

Prepare and support required Regional Partnership Grant performance reporting and other project reporting requirements, coordinating closely with the Program Director and other responsible Archways staff to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
