The Field Marketing Analyst is responsible for the planning and implementation of air-cover and ground cover campaigns. Flawlessly executes demand generation campaigns, understands the target buyer persona and what matters to them, understands the selling motion and participates with the sales team as appropriate in deals. Delivers a sales & marketing message that resonates and drives action with the target market.
What you will be doing:
Plan, implement, and optimize demand-generation campaigns that support new business growth within the distribution and building supply space.
Own the planning, execution, and performance of sponsored and paid media programs across digital, social, and industry channels to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Collaborate with product marketing teams to develop and promote prospect-facing communications, landing pages, thought leadership, webinars, social media, and other campaign assets aligned to sales and business goals.
Manage and maintain a content library, ensuring marketing assets are current, accessible, and effectively utilized across campaigns, nurture programs, digital channels, and field marketing initiatives.
Apply industry knowledge and marketing best practices to recommend innovative campaign strategies, media tactics, and audience engagement opportunities.
Manage marketing program budgets and investments, providing recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, and return on investment.
Partner with Sales, Business Development Representative teams, Product Marketing, and Product Management to promote program awareness, gather feedback, identify new engagement opportunities, and respond to campaign-related questions.
Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, leveraging insights to optimize marketing performance and customer acquisition efforts.
What you will likely bring:
Strong writing, proofreading, editing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience building and executing strategic marketing plans, preferably in B2B enterprise software.
Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of digital media best practices and demand-generation campaign execution.
Ability to learn technology quickly and translate product value into clear, compelling campaign messaging.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience managing paid and sponsored media programs, including campaign coordination, vendor or agency collaboration, performance reporting, and optimization.
Experience organizing, maintaining, and promoting content assets across multiple marketing channel
