Position Summary:
Our Finance team supports both the main hospital and affiliated physician clinics. As a Financial Analyst, you will partner with experienced leaders to deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making, enhance operational performance, and ensure responsible stewardship of organizational resources. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-motivated, and brings a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Essential Functions:
- Prepares support for general ledger entries in conjunction with monthly closing process.
- Track and record monthly departmental statistics by required date each month for monthly close.
- Serve as an interdepartmental liaison; coordinate with the intercompany Accounts Payable team to resolve outstanding items, establish new vendors, and provide status updates to department leaders and vendors.
- Provide direct support to the Finance team, in meeting the strategic and operational goals primarily through meaningful, accurate, and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to report on the financial impact of operations, identify key operational drivers, and assist in the creation of Monthly Operating reports.
- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data for routine reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc analyses.
- Analyze data trends and present actionable insights to leadership.
