About the Position
You’ll join a top-notch team and serve as a trusted partner, working closely with other WEI teams to ensure financial and business processes are designed to run simply and efficiently. The Financial Analyst will support a Sr. Financial Analyst and other WEI teams to drive WEI financial performance and ensure financial operations run efficiently.
What you will do
You will support WEI business leaders to develop and execute against their department budgets and manage processes that drive the overall financial results of the company.
Responsibilities
- Supporting processes for quarterly billing, revenue management and associate productivity
- Supporting the annual budget process for WEI and providing forecast and spending updates
- Tracking and reporting on departmental spending and budget variances
- Analyzing financial data and supporting financial modeling as needed
- Preparing performance reports for leadership / discussion with principals
- Monitoring key performance metrics & variables to inform decision-making or track progress against financial objectives
- Monitoring and reporting on company credit card transactions
- Supporting the Insurance team as needed with analyzing, reporting and processing contracts and revenue arrangements
