Role Overview:
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis to support leadership decision-making. This role offers broad exposure across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain within a fast-paced direct-to-consumer retail environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and eager to develop a deeper understanding of the business beyond just the numbers. This position reports to the FP&A Manager.
This is a hybrid position that will work on-site three (3) days per week.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting packages, including actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior year analysis. Own components of budgeting and in-year reforecasting processes through data gathering, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Analyze business results, KPIs (e.g. demand, AOV, margin, marketing efficiency), and trends to identify risks and opportunities.

Reporting & Modeling: Maintain and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and recurring analyses. Own ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business initiatives and management requests. Improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and process automation across FP&A functions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to understand business drivers and financial results as a finance business partner. Support monthly close processes through accrual analysis, reporting, and account review. Take ownership of special projects and adapt as business needs evolve.
