Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $73,920 - $97,885. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

The Financial Analyst prepares and analyzes financial reports, develops and monitors budgets, and provides insights to support strategic decision-making. This role collaborates with value stream leaders to enhance financial performance, ensures compliance with financial regulations, and drives process improvements to optimize resource allocation and profitability. Additionally, the Financial Analyst identifies and mitigates business risks to support the company's operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare timely month-end and quarterly reports, analyze monthly financial statements, including variance analysis, and present findings to management.
Assist management with identifying and evaluating business drivers, KPIs, and trends to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
