Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence and strategic decision-making across Grand Casinos. This role partners closely with leaders to analyze financial and operational data, identify trends and risks, evaluate opportunities, and provide clear, actionable insight that improves performance, optimizes resources, and supports long-term growth.
As a Financial Analyst, you will contribute meaningful analysis that informs budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Financial Analysis + Insight
• Analyze and interpret financial and operational data, including budgets, forecasts, income statements, and other financial reports.
• Track actual results against forecasts and investigate variances, trends, and anomalies.
• Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations grounded in sound, fact-based analysis.
• Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insight for leaders and stakeholders.
Budgeting + Forecasting
• Support preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and benchmarking.
• Analyze capital expenditure requests to support long-term growth and effective capital allocation.
• Provide ongoing financial monitoring and analysis to support achievement of annual financial plans.
Reporting + Decision Support
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports and presentations for business leaders, executives, shareholders, and boards.
• Assemble and summarize financial information into clear, concise reporting materials.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data and analysis.
