QED Systems, LLC is currently recruiting a Financial Analyst, to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, in support of our C5ISR Center HQ Operations Support contract. This position will be embedded with the C5ISR Center G8 office. The position will be working on a new project using an internally generated system for financial transactions called G-Invoicing.
Duties:
- Prepare, analyze, and update budgetary documentation in all new and existing C5ISR systems-of-systems, family-of-systems, platforms, systems as well as subsystems and items.
- Use a new proprietary system, G-Invoicing, for tracking finances for the C5ISR organization.
- Facilitate functional service agreements and transfers of funds between government agencies.
- Create program and budget documentation to provide the government with planning of obligations and disbursements.
- Assist the Government in conducting integrated baseline reviews, compliance integrated baseline reviews, compliance reviews and cost/schedule status report reviews as needed in support of the Program Office programs.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and update of the Program Offices business management correspondence.
- Experienced in using accountability systems; tracking and accounting of financial data.
- Ability to write, edit, and/or analyze documentation.
- Administer and manage general administrative products
Skills & Experience:
- Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work with a new system.
- Must have a strong desire to maintain quality data in daily work products.
- Experience in providing direct support to senior levels of government leadership.
- Experience with Functional Service Agreements (7600A) preferred.
- Experience with General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) preferred.
Required Clearance:
- ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least three (3) years’ experience.
- Associates degree and additional four (4) years or a High School Diploma and additional seven (7) years may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
