Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Revenue Finance team supporting the financial success of the organization. The position is responsible for assisting in revenue forecasting and analysis, maintaining monthly Client Profitability and various Finance Power BI dashboards, and support ad-hoc financial analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Assist in the preparation of revenue forecasting and analyze historical revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  
  
  • Update monthly Client Profitability Power BI dashboard, a critical tool utilized by Account Management to assess and optimize client financial health, enabling data-driven decision-making and proactive client management.
  
  
  • Support Sales Operations by maintaining revenue tracking process, ensuring accurate revenue-to-bookings reporting and alignment with financial targets
  
  
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for Operations and Account Management teams as needed, delivering actionable insights that drive informed business decisions and operational improvements
    
    
  
  
  
  

• Preferred Qualifications:




• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field


• At least 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis


• Proven analytical skills, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and quantitative abilities


• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling


• Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI) is preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all cross-functional teams


• Intellectually curious with a drive towards continuous improvements through process enhancement and automation
