Join our FP&A team as a Financial Analyst! As a key member of the FP&A team, you’ll support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting across the organization. You’ll work closely with Finance and business partners to turn financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support better business decisions.

This role is based at our Home Office, located in Calgary, Alberta.
What You'll Do
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working with FP&A team members and business stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and consolidate financial information
- Prepare and maintain financial forecasts and models, incorporating actual results, business trends, and operational assumptions
- Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance and highlighting patterns, variances, risks, and opportunities
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews by preparing financial analysis, management reporting, and commentary on performance against budget and forecast
- Analyze financial performance across 400+ locations and a manufacturing facility by integrating financial and operational data to identify performance drivers, KPIs and opportunities to improve profitability
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI and Power Query, improving the efficiency and accessibility of financial information
- Support the automation and continuous improvement of financial reporting and FP&A processes to reduce manual workload and improve accuracy
- Extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from financial and operational systems, including NetSuite and OneStream, ensuring data integrity and consistency across reporting
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other business teams to support financial analysis and business initiatives
- Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business cases to support operational and investment decisions
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and deep dives to support FP&A and senior leadership initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- CPA or CFA Professional Finance designation completed or in progress is considered an asset
- 2–4 years of experience in financial
