Job Summary
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, operational metrics, and market trends across multiple hotel properties. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making through advanced Excel modeling and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze monthly financial statements, P&Ls, and operational reports across hotel properties
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports for leadership
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting re
