As the dedicated onsite Financial Analyst at Banner Gateway Medical Center (BGMC), you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our Finance Director and CFO while serving as a key financial partner to leadership. This isn't just another analyst role—you'll drive critical financial processes including month-end close, variance analysis, proformas, and strategic budgeting while enjoying the best of both worlds: the autonomy of being the primary financial analyst onsite and the collaborative support of our AZ Community Analytics team (meeting weekly at BDMC).
