Your Role at KIK
The Financial Analyst reports to the Household Division Controller. In this role, you will analyze cost and inventory for saving opportunities across the Division and perform various accounting activities at the divisional level.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and calculate areas of cost savings in manufacturing processes
- Analyze and report inventory levels and variances
- Maintain general ledger including review and explain spend variances
- Perform general ledger close-out duties and reconciliations
- Prepare periodic management reports and accompanying schedules
- Assist in Annual external and internal control audits
- Participate in annual budget and periodic forecast process
- Contribute to department and organization special projects as assigned
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics with 2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance experience, preferably in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing environment
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close activities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) to analyze financial data and generate reports
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data a
