Job Summary
The Financial Analyst is a strategic, high visibility role that partners directly with senior leadership to shape financial strategy, influence key business decisions, and drive sustainable performance across the organization. By reporting to and collaborating with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, this individual will learn and ultimately be responsible for owning core planning and forecasting processes while translating financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights used at the management and executive level. The role offers tremendous growth opportunities to expand in scope through special projects, process ownership and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions

- Prepare and deliver financial analyses and recommendations to senior leadership, including the CFO and executive management team.
- Own and present business line profitability analysis, driving actionable recommendations that influence strategic operational decisions.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise level budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Create executive dashboards, management reports and analysis packages.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate, timely close processes and alignment between financial reporting and forecasting.
- Assist with the creation and reporting of competitive peer analysis.
- Perform numerous business ad-hoc analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.
- Complete all mandatory annual compliance training.
- Follow regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and determent of money laundering and other unlawful activities, as well as regulations pertaining to lending and consumer compliance to include fair lending laws.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or mathematics.
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in corporate finance or accounting role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to model complex business questions/issues.
