The Financial Analyst role is a member of the Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning team within Equitable Investment Management Group, LLC (βEIMGβ). The individual interacts closely with the investments team and other key stakeholders, assisting with long term strategy for the group. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a high performance, fast paced environment and able to quickly develop strong working relationships within and outside the group.Β
A successful candidate will help to drive strong collaboration between EIMG and the Business and to improve efficiency and productivity of the organization; the individual will assist senior leaders to identify, evaluate, prioritize and deliver strategic initiatives.Β

The base salary range for this position is $82,000 - $123,000.Β Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.Β
