This Financial Analyst, FP&A role is an exciting entry point into a high-performing FP&A function — offering a hands-on opportunity to build your foundation in month-end reporting, financial reconciliations, and business analysis while working alongside experienced finance leaders.

The Impact You’ll Have
Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting the accuracy and integrity of financial data that underpins business decisions across Dentalcorp's growing network of practices. You will develop your analytical foundation through hands-on exposure to month-end reporting, reconciliations, and cross-functional collaboration.
In This Role, You Will
Month-End Reporting & Validation
Support the month-end close process by validating the accuracy and completeness of financial reports
Identify and flag discrepancies in month-end outputs, working with relevant stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner
Assist the FP&A Manager in running basic month-end analysis, including variance commentary and trend identification
