The Financial Analyst I manages all projects assigned under the direction and guidance of the manager within their area of responsibility while supporting the initiatives and goals of the Department.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Financial Analyst I at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:

Reconciles 'Pre-Bundle' data with payor.

Develop pricing for 'Bundles' for payor.

Reconciles actual spend with payor 'Post Bundle' period end.

Involved in the CDM synchronization for the network.

Assists with Charge Master development and analysis.

Prepares, monitors and analyzes trends/targets on a monthly basis.

Analyzes/interprets and models managed care contracts as assigned.

Responsible for all projects assigned.

Assists other team members on projects as assigned.

Ensures compliance with department initiatives and goals.

Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
