At Innovative Captive Strategies, we specialize in providing tailored captive insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our team is dedicated to excellence, innovation, and building meaningful relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and compute data for various reports (e.g., claims, premium, reinsurance, expenses, taxes).
- Prepare and send financial information to captive managers.
- Validate loss data for group captives quarterly.
- Monitor and invest surplus cash.
- Evaluate and benchmark captive performance.
Additional Duties:
- Review and consult on interim and year-end financial statements.
- Assemble finance sections of board books semi-annually.
- Prepare and distribute member financial reports; communicate with clients.
- Establish and document finance procedures.
- Handle special projects as requested.
Skills & Abilities:
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in advanced technology and software (e.g., EXCEL, WORD).
- Discretion in confidential matters and independent judgment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to implement financial procedures.
- Commitment to continuing education and relevant designations.
- Physical ability to exert minimal force occasionally.
- Compliance with HMA's Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA, and E&O procedures.
Qualifications:

Education:Β Accounting degree and CPA preferred.

Experience:Β 2-4 years in accounting, preferably in insurance; offshore banking experience a plus
