As a Finacial Analyst II, you will be responsible for building robust business cases to support capital expenditure (CapEx) decisions and will play a key role in identifying, tracking, and reporting cost savings initiatives across the organization. This is a strategic role with visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to directly influence investment and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate CapEx proposals, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback period analysis.
- Partner with sales, operations, engineering, and project management teams to gather assumptions and validate business case inputs.
- Present business cases and investment recommendations to senior management.
- Track and monitor capital project performance post-implementation to ensure alignment with expected outcomes.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across the business; quantify financial impact and assist in execution and reporting.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements related to CapEx and cost management.
- Analyze trends, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to drive cost efficiencies.
- Assist in developing financial tools and dashboards for improved CapEx and cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and approval processes.
