Join our Commercial Finance team as a Financial Analyst II and play a central role in driving revenue insight and operational excellence across our global commercial organization. You’ll own standard reporting and ad-hoc analysis, track revenue growth, and manage the end-to-end Americas commissions process—from sales reporting to accurate, compliant payment calculations. You’ll also consolidate and report channel partner rebate data and provide important backup support across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. What you will be doing:
- Manage the Americas commissions process in collaboration with Sales, HR, IT, and Commercial Finance to ensure accuracy of sales reporting and compliance with the commission plan in final payment calculations.
- Compile monthly rebate data from the Americas channel partners and conduct monthly audit to ensure accuracy of reporting and payments.
- Utilize distributor sales data to develop opportunity reporting on lost customer or product gap analysis.
