Position Summary
Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our Finance team at our Corporate Center on Fletcher Avenue.
This is a fully on-site position requiring regular collaboration with Finance leadership and departments throughout the organization. The Financial Analyst II will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making by analyzing financial, payer, and operational data.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and comfortable presenting financial findings and recommendations to leadership.
Essential Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, reimbursement activity, operational data, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators and conduct variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
- Gather, validate, and integrate financial data from multiple systems and departments.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and special financial projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and protect confidential financial information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
