The New Glenn Finance team is a high-performance group, and we are looking for a Financial Analyst II with strong analytical depth to support planning, forecasting, and decision support. You will turn operational and financial data into clear insights, identify the drivers behind performance, and help leaders understand what is changing, why it matters, and what action to take.
You are a hands-on problem solver who is comfortable working from source data through the final leadership narrative. You build transparent models, reconcile discrepancies, test assumptions, and create repeatable analyses rather than one-time answers. You use Excel, SQL, BI tools, and controlled AI workflows to extend your reach while maintaining the accuracy expected in a financial environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support recurring FP&A cycles, including monthly forecasts, quarterly reforecasts, and the annual operating plan, for an assigned New Glenn business area.
- Perform detailed variance and trend analysis across actuals, forecast, and plan; trace results to operational and transaction-level drivers and clearly identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models that translate operational inputs into P&L, headcount, cash, and capital impacts; document assumptions and pressure-test outputs.
- Query, reconcile, and validate data from ERP, planning, and modern data platforms; resolve conflicting signals and maintain a clear analytical throughline from source data to the leadership conclusion.
