Position Summary
The Financial Analyst III is responsible for supporting the financial aspects of both the FM-PRO and Capital Finance Departments while adhering to all UHN policies, regulatory requirements and audit accountabilities to maintain appropriate internal and financial controls.
Duties
- Month-end process (post journals, depreciation, settlement jobs)
- Capital project accounting (Maintain Internal Orders and Order Groups)
- Balance Sheet account reconciliations, continuity schedules and account analysis
- Foundation billings for externally funded capital projects
- Update & Maintain SAP Fixed Assets Sub ledger
- Interim and Annual Audit requirements for capital reporting (e.g. UHN FS, HIRF, Provincial Consolidation)
