Who You Are:
As the Financial Analyst, Operations, you will provide comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to support decision making and drive financial performance across the Sourcing and Procurement teams. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Finance, this role includes detailed financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to help shape Nutrabolt’s future.
What You're Good At:
Serve as a strategic business partner to the supply chain organization, supporting monthly results and quarterly forecasts.
Act as the primary point of contact for all standard costing and production allocation related questions
Lead the driver‑based forecasting process, incorporating business risks, industry trends, and changes in production and cost strategy to deliver accurate and actionable reporting
Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasting processes
Conduct deep‑dive variance analyses, explaining deviations between actuals and forecasts, and provide insights to supply chain leadership
Partner with supply chain leaders to aggregate and report KPIs, conduct ROI analyses, and identify actionable opportunities for operational improvement
