Job Objective:
Responsible for evaluating and reporting on the financial performance of assigned departments through the annual operating budget process, variance and statistical reports, and other analysis. May be required to provide guidance and hands-on support to the Business Development, Program Implementation, and Continuing Education Departments in areas that involve financial analysis and/or accounting knowledge.

Essential Responsibilities
1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
2. Responsible for developing, coordinating and continually improving assigned areas of the weekly/monthly statistical and financial reporting, customarily exercising discretion while working independently.
3. Responsible for the month-end close process, including data collection, journal entries, account analysis, reconciliation and financial statement preparation, if applicable.
4. Reconciles balance sheet accounts and other specified general ledger accounts on a monthly basis, if applicable.
5. Oversees the review and management of Accounts Receivable, if applicable.
6. Respon
