Position Overview
The Analyst, Treasury & Financial Planning will support the Company’s day-to-day treasury operations, liquidity planning, and banking relationships, while contributing to broader financial planning and reporting efforts. This role sits at the intersection of cash management, debt strategy, and financial analysis, with direct visibility into cash positioning, borrowing activity, and capital structure. This individual will manage cash positioning, support borrowing and repayment decisions, and maintain cash flow forecasts that inform executive decision-making and debt covenant management. The role requires a self-starter who can operate with ownership and help build structure in a growing environment. The Analyst will also partner with FP&A and Accounting to connect cash flow, working capital (AR/AP), and EBITDA forecasting—improving visibility across the organization.
Key Job Responsibilities
Treasury & Cash Management (Core Focus)
• Manage daily cash positioning across bank accounts; monitor liquidity and optimize cash usage.
• Execute and/or approve bank transfers, wires, ACH, and internal fund movements.
• Administer banking platforms (e.g., PNC), including user access, controls, and payment workflows.
• Oversee Positive Pay, fraud prevention controls, and treasury-related compliance.
• Support decision-making on debt draws, paydowns, and cash deployment, including revolver/swingline usage.
• Track and manage interest expense, principal payments, and loan schedules.
• Maintain visibility into credit agreements and ensure alignment with treasury activities.
- Help build structure and discipline around treasury operations in a growing environment.
Cash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity Planning
• Partner with AR/AP and operations to understand drivers of cash inflows/outflows and trending.
• Build and maintain short-term (daily/weekly) and medium-term (monthly/quarterly) cash flow forecasts.
• Improve forecasting accuracy by linking operational drivers (collections, disbursements, volumes) to liquidity.
Debt, Covenants & Financial Support
• Align cash flow forecasts with EBITDA forecasts to support leverage and liquidity planning.
• Assist in preparing materials for lenders, banking partners, and internal leadership.
• Maintain schedules for debt balances, borrowing availability, and related metrics.
• Support covenant tracking and reporting in coordination with FP&A and Accounting.
