This role is responsible for analyzing our $36M annual utility expense plan between direct and landlord across our store and non-store portfolio. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with several third-party resources to ensure process controls around bill payment. You will also track consumption for Annual Impact reporting requirements. A successful candidate should be analytical, organized, and able to communicate well.
