Why We’re Hiring

Who You Are

    • 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role using SQL and/or Python/R/bash focused on product analytics or marketing analytics.
    • 1+ years of Analytics experience or similar, creating dbt models and pipelines.
    • SQL expertise – you can connect disparate data models, wrangle unclean data, and find code solutions for complex problems.
    • Experience building dashboards using a BI Tool like Tableau/Looker/Metabase/similar.
    • Critical thinking is your forte and you genuinely enjoy problem solving.
    • You have rigorous statistical skills and experience building simple data environments.
    • You have both qualitative and quantitative experience.
    • You have the ability to work through uninformative assumptions and built-biases in datasets and are not stalled when data is not perfect/sparse.
    • You enjoy simplifying complexities (people, process, data, visuals, comms, etc).

What You'll Do

    •  Transform data into action by working cross-functionally with Finance and Revenue teams at Complex.
    • Dive deep into understanding Complex's business requirements and use an analytic mindset to implement solutions across our ecosystem.
    • Influence the roadmap for both the Data Analytics department and the stakeholders we support.
    • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets and build dashboards or reports for executives and stakeholders to help inform and spur to action.
    • Mentor junior analysts and aid in their growth and learnings.
    • Support the data warehouse, identifying improvements and revising transformation queries.
