Is assigned projects by the Department Coordinator, Manager, or Director that require a general understanding of health care operations, financial modeling and the ability to operate at a high level of independent thinking. Owns and maintains Axiom EPM software, and is the key point of contact for department for all users.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. System Administrator for Axiom EPM software – responsibilities include:
- Schedule and perform software upgrades.
- Lead all communications with vendor regarding system issues / problems.
- Ownership of all Axiom dimensions, data tables, and data imports.
- New user profile configuration and security maintenance.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails regarding end user problems. Diagnose and resolve these end user issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of end user software manuals and documentation.
- Streamlines / improves existing data load processes, data tables, and reports.
- Key point of contact between departments where data is shared/imported into Axiom. Will work with these departments to resolve data import issues.
- Participates in annual budget creation process by reviewing and editing budget submissions within Axiom.

Plans and performs projects under a high level of autonomy and within tight timeframes.
- Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and department policies and procedures. Immediately reports any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury-accident to Manager.
