Department: Finance Employment Type: Full-Time Requisition ID: 1935 Date Posted: August 7, 2026 Closing Date: August 21, 2026 or until filled Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Development the Fleet Services Analyst supports the administration, reporting, and data management required to manage UFA’s extensive vehicle and equipment fleet. This role maintains accurate fleet and financial information across systems; supports lifecycle replacement modelling, budgeting, compliance, vendor coordination, and reporting; and plays a critical role in modernizing and optimizing fleet management through improved data, processes, and analysis. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day fleet administration, including routine processes, asset information management, shared inbox support, vendor setup, and internal fleet-related requests. Extract, integrate, and maintain data from SAP, telematics, and other internal systems to support UFA’s fleet lifecycle replacement model, recurring reporting, and ad hoc analysis. Support project and financial administration in SAP, including budget tracking, cost centre management, purchase orders, invoice processing, and project close-out activities. Review monthly fleet expenses, prepare reporting, and analyze trends and variances to support cost control and operational decision-making. Support organizational health and safety by processing and tracking driver data, including speeding incidents and related follow-up information. Maintain driver records, driver abstracts, and related compliance documentation to support organizational compliance with federal National Safety Code requirements. Support the review, maintenance, and ongoing accuracy of department policies, procedures, and intranet documentation. Identify opportunities to streamline fleet administration, support implementation of process improvements, and help maintain consistency across fleet processes. Qualifications Post-secondary education in business, accounting, data analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 1–3 years of experience in business operations, analytics, fleet coordination, administrative support, or a related function. Ability to work with large datasets from multiple systems, develop actionable reporting, and identify opportunities for process improvement or automation. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel skills and experience using AI tools such as Copilot. Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems is preferred but not required. Knowledge of fleet operations, telematics, or commercial vehicle regulations is considered an asset, but not required.
