What you will do:
The position leads the analysis and development of program funding approaches, performance measurement processes, and reporting practices to support effective program delivery and decision-making. The role provides expertise in program budgeting, funding allocation, and data analysis.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial analysis skills with experience in program data and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Funding Analysis and Model Development
Develops and refines funding models and allocation approaches to support equitable and evidence-informed program funding
Analyzes program budgets and expenditures and provides recommendations related to funding levels and financial sustainability
Provides advice to staff and funded organizations on budgeting, funding approaches, and financial requirements
