Navigate Leaves with Care: Learn and support leave of absence administration (e.g., US FMLA/STD, Canadian provincial leaves) and workplace accommodations by meticulously logging files, tracking timelines, and coordinating essential documentation. Be the First Point of Care: Act as the warm, empathetic frontline contact for routine employee benefit questions, providing stellar care or escalating complex queries to senior team members. Master the Details: Cross-check monthly carrier billing statements against our HRIS (Dayforce) data to ensure pinpoint accuracy in enrollment numbers and payroll deductions. Leverage the Future: Embrace an AI-first mindset by utilizing modern tools to streamline data entry, draft crystal-clear employee communications, and supercharge your daily task management.
