The GME Data Analyst is housed within the Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME) and reports to GME leadership (Quality, Finance, or Learner Development). This role collaborates with institutional leaders across Quality, Safety, Finance, and Education to support improvement strategies for over 150 residency and fellowship programs across 25 clinical departments.
The GME Data Analyst leverages data and analytic tools to monitor program effectiveness at both institutional and program levels, using insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement and sustain outcomes. The Data Specialist produces routine and ad hoc reports, prepares datasets for review, and supports leadership with actionable insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate and partner with institutional data teams on dashboards and recurring reports to track key GME metrics, ensure data integrity, compliance, and appropriate system use
- Input, validate, and audit data across databases, spreadsheets, and specialized systems
