The Producibility & Prototyping Center is seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineering Financial Analyst to join the Hardware Engineering Finance team. This senior analyst will serve as a strategic business partner to Engineering leadership, supporting financial planning, execution, and reporting for a technically complex portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary financial partner to Engineering managers across Producibility & Prototyping, supporting development, sustainment, and program execution activities.
Lead development of Engineering cost forecasts as well as annual operating plans (AOP)
Develop, maintain, and communicate labor utilization, investment, and overhead outlooks, identifying risks/opportunities and recommending mitigation strategies.
Provide actionable financial insights through analysis of actuals, variances, performance trends, and key drivers.
Maintain and improve cost models, reporting tools, and business processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and decision support.
Prepare and deliver monthly financial reviews to Engineering and Finance leadership.
