What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Execute IT infrastructure optimization, including hardware/software configuration and technical support
  • Implement cybersecurity protocols and incident response procedures
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards
  • Generate analytics reports and performance metrics using advanced data visualization tools
  • Develop and conduct staff training on security protocols and compliance
  • Research and implement healthcare technology solutions
  • Support EHR (Electronic Health Records) system optimization

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong expertise in healthcare data analytics and HIPAA compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    - Microsoft Excel,ย SQL,ย Looker Studio,ย Google Workspace,ย Data visualization tools,ย Cloud computing platforms,ย Healthcare IT systems,ย Cybersecurity protocols
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare data protection standards
  • Proven track record in healthcare technology implementation

Schedule:ย 15-20 hours/week, Part-Time, Hybrid (remote and in-person)

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of associate level collegiate degree or certification in data analytics, health information technology, computer science, healthcare informatics, or other related fieldย 
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics or healthcare IT related role
  • Prior mental health field experience is a plus but not required
