About You
We’re looking for a HR data analyst to work in a fast-paced HR Services division to support compensation consulting and salary surveys for Texas public schools and community colleges. This is a remote position, but candidate must reside in Texas if employed.
Well-qualified candidates typically start at (or around) $60,000
Responsibilities
- Provide data analysis support to consultants on assigned projects, participate in review of salary survey data for accuracy, and communicate with districts about data clarifications and updates.
- Completes independent compensation projects, including communication with clients, conducting market comparisons, developing salary and pay plan recommendations, and providing written reports of findings and recommendations.
- Works with a team of other analysts.
- Collects, cleans, analyzes, and interprets client salary data. Uses data analysis techniques to analyze, summarize, display, and explain data.
