The HR Operations Analyst supports the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and reporting. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, employees, managers, and other business functions to ensure efficient HR operations, data integrity, compliance, and high-quality employee experiences. The HR Operations Analyst leverages data, technology, and process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding). Maintain HR systems, employee data integrity, and process documentation. Lead leave administration and coordinate new hire orientations. Deliver HR reporting, workforce analytics, and data-driven insights. Support employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and systems. Ensure compliance with HR regulations, audits, and data privacy requirements. Contribute to HR process improvements, automation, and transformation projects. The experience we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Shared Services, People Analytics, or similar HR functions. Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus. Knowledge of HR processes, reporting, data governance, and compliance. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Preferred: experience in a global HR environment, Shared Services, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR).
