HUMAN RESOURCES DATA ANALYST
Position: Human Resources Data Analyst

OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Human Resources Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for supporting the organization’s data and analytics requirements by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on HR data to inform strategic and operational decision-making. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience working with large and highly confidential data sets, and the ability to develop meaningful dashboards, reports, and scorecards that support business objectives.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs all functions necessary, within the scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to internal customers and the community the organization serves.
- Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret HR data from multiple sources, including payroll, HRIS, performance management systems, learning management systems, employee surveys, and other workforce-related platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, visualizations, reports, and scorecards to monitor key HR metrics, trends, and organizational performance.
- Use advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Python to organize, analyze, automate, and present data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, performance management, compensation, benefits, and other strategic priorities.
- Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions to business challenges, efficiencies, and workforce needs.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, integrity, and confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational data through regular audits, quality control checks, standard operating procedures (SOP), and data governance practices.
- Create, implement, and maintain a quality control (QC) schedule for recurring reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, providing meaningful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
