This position is primarily an audit and support function of human resources staff and management involving the purposes around data, processes, procedures, and analysis within the department.聽聽 Must have initiative to seek out and learn the banks HRIS software and understand and apply regulatory compliance involving the human resources functions.聽

Includes the following, other duties may be assigned;

Knowledge of:

o聽聽 Use data to predict and analyze trends or detect errors and omissions

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Principles and practices of sound business communications

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serve as support for benefits management

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to collect and participate in salary surveys

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Day to day functions concerning retirement plan management

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in audits and annual reporting of the retirement plan

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Affirmative Action reporting

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Workmen鈥檚 compensation renewal

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performs and documents controls over benefits and other HR functions

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reconciles and balances certain benefit programs offered

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be capable of quantitative and qualitative analysis and interpreting the results of actual and forecasted data.

Ability to:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate effectively orally and in writing

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare clear, concise and accurate reports

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Use computer tools and software; exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive, complex and confidential personnel issues and employee situations

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those encountered in the course of the work including all levels of managers and supervisors

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain confidentiality inside and outside the HR department.

HRIS Specific Job Functions:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic understanding of the payroll process, and use of business intelligence (BI) reporting systems.聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to generate internal reports using UKG BI report writing programs using data extraction capabilities.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Make suggestions on how to manage and secure聽user roles and permissions to ensure data security and privacy compliance.

  • Stay ahead of the curve聽by keeping up to date with UKG updates and new features, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
  • Generate critical reports聽(salary surveys, benefits enrollment, and compliance) to inform key decision-making.
  • Recommend Configuration of UKG settings聽and business rules to align with organizational needs and objectives.
  • Troubleshoot HR and Payroll issues聽and provide proactive solutions for a smooth system experience.
  • Identify and implement improvements聽in training, customization, and overall UKG efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver training materials聽for system users, empowering the team to get the most out of the platform.
  • Manage multiple projects聽and tasks while maintaining a聽calm, professional demeanor聽under pressure.
  • 聽 聽 聽Employee is responsible to understand and comply with regulatory requirements for financial transactions, most specifically Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Customer Identification Program (CIP) as it relates to specific job functions.
