This position is primarily an audit and support function of human resources staff and management involving the purposes around data, processes, procedures, and analysis within the department.聽聽 Must have initiative to seek out and learn the banks HRIS software and understand and apply regulatory compliance involving the human resources functions.聽

HRIS Specific Job Functions:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic understanding of the payroll process, and use of business intelligence (BI) reporting systems.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to generate internal reports using UKG BI report writing programs using data extraction capabilities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Make suggestions on how to manage and secure聽user roles and permissions to ensure data security and privacy compliance.
