This role will support the calculation, administration, and continuous improvement of our incentive compensation programs while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to ensure accurate, timely, and effective commission processes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, prior experience with incentive compensation, commissions, finance, sales operations, or related analytical functions, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate complex compensation programs. This individual will play an important role in supporting process enhancements, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to the ongoing success of the team. Job Responsibilities Reporting: Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management, HR, and Finance teams to support decision-making. Process Documentation: Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation for incentive compensation administration. Document the end-to-end process, from plan design to payout distribution, including step-by-step procedures, key responsibilities, and timelines. Update these documents as processes evolve or change to ensure transparency and consistency. Technology Utilization: Assist with the implementation of an Incentive Compensation Management tool to streamline administration processes and ensure accuracy in calculations.
