As an Information & Data Specialist at DRMP, Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining the firm's marketing and pursuit information, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of marketing data, and supporting the Marketing Pursuits Team in its efforts to win new projects. This role also manages client prequalification's and vendor registrations, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

1. Information & Data Management:

Edit, organize, maintain, and distribute marketing and pursuit information, including brochures, project descriptions, resumes, and other marketing collateral, ensuring compliance with AP Style and DRMP's writing guide.

Collect, organize, and maintain accurate marketing information and data, including client information, project details, qualifications, and research.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of marketing information and data.

Maintain the firm's CRM system by updating records, auditing data for accuracy, and generating reports to support business development, marketing initiatives, and strategic decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve information management processes, data quality, and team workflows.
2. Client Prequalification's and Vendor Registrations:

Coordinate and maintain the firm's client prequalifications and vendor registrations for public and private sector clients.
