This entry level role provides introductory training in the financial review process for insurance companies and related entities. You will develop your understanding of regulatory practices, solvency monitoring, and financial reporting. As an Insurance Company Financial Analyst Trainee, you will perform the following duties:

Foundational Training: Study regulatory frameworks, financial analysis tools, and industry guidelines

Record Review: Analyze financial documents, operational records, and required filings

Risk Understanding: Identify key financial risks and understand the solvency monitoring process

System Use: Enter data into software applications and learn analytical platforms and resources

Report Preparation: Prepare written materials, organize files, and participate in meetings with regulated entities

Research Skills: Review industry publications and materials to stay informed about trends relevant to financial analysis
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, two days per week in office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
