Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role involves managing a queue of technical and information security deliverables for a key inventory management system. The successful candidate will handle compliance, patch scheduling, risk management documentation, access requests, and change management approvals. Additionally, this position acts as a team librarian for critical infrastructure, ensuring all program-required documents are correctly stored, managed, and reviewed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a queue of technical and information security deliverables for an application inventory management system
- Oversee compliance, patch scheduling, and configuration management verifications
- Document risks and associated remediation or compensation controls
- Handle access, firewall, and change management request approvals and reviews
- Manage Service ID attestations and dormancy management
- Work with system SMEs on break-fix communication, system decommissioning/creation, and significant change assessments
- Manage the access business rule engine, addressing violations, eligibility, and exceptions
- Serve as the point of contact for any requests or inquiries regarding the application inventory
- Ensure all program-required documents (restoral plans, test plans, etc.) are stored in required repositories
- Manage access permissions for all program documents
- Coordinate and oversee required quarterly testing and manage the user population
- Conduct yearly documentation reviews for recovery support contacts and system inventory
Requirements:
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure concepts
- Able to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Chandler, AZ
Pay range: $43.56 - $51.56 per hour
