The Final Mile Technology Analyst serves as a critical link between our business operations and the technology platforms that power our final mile delivery network. This role is equal parts systems administrator, QA analyst, and business liaison — responsible for keeping our systems running smoothly, supporting 3PL partner operations, and ensuring our hub network is accurately configured and maintained. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically curious, and comfortable navigating both internal stakeholders and external development teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Systems & Platform Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between 3rd party development team’s and Arhaus business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable enhancement requests
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enhancements and bug fixes, from requirements gathering through full regression testing prior to each release
- Act as the liaison between and the Final Mile business team — identifying order registration and update logic issues, providing direction to the developer, and fully testing all enhancements and fixes
- Manage order resubmissions across multiple 3PL platforms
- Administer user access setups within applicable systems
3PL Partner Support
- Primary point of contact for the following 3PL partners: Red Carpet, iWest, Clarks, Direct Impact, and Offshore Express
- Provide support for 3PL’s Fidelitone, Berger, and FGO, including:
- Processing AOF (Advance Order File) and 215 manifest requests from hub network
- Resolving vendor issues in coordination with Planning, Buying, and Sourcing teams
- Identifying and resolving inbound and outbound SPS Commerce EDI errors (ERP ↔ vendor communication)
- Handling ASN issue tickets, with a focus on RDR (Receiving Discrepancy) resolution
- Supporting QA requests across ERP and SPS Commerce integration
Documentation & Administration
- Create, maintain, and organize EDI standard operating procedures (SOPs), testing results, and system documentation
- Serve as the team's central resource for information gathering, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
