Job Description:
The successful candidate will help businesses implement technology communicating them clearly with all stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
Solves partner integration problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; recommending data changes and exchanges. Develop technical solutions to business problems, or to advance a company’s sales efforts, begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements; managing requirements at the project level leads to fulfilling business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Measure progress and collect data for ongoing adjustments
Analyze data, customer feedback and stakeholders’ input
Improve all parts of workflow, supply chain and other business processes
Control and re-adjust the process as necessary to work toward improving the effectiveness of a service.
Requirements analysis.
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Communicates with customers using internet and phone on a consistent and clear manner.
Advises as to data inadequacies or errors.
Determines root cause of data errors or inconsistencies.
Job Requirements:
1+ years of experience using XML is required.
Experience in Database SQL preferred
Ability to communicate results and clear expectations to team and customer is required.
Experience documenting findings/results.
Experience following and updating project plans required
Education:
Bachelors degree required.
