Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to analyze business needs and support the planning, design, implementation, and enhancement of business systems.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Coordinate and perform testing for new systems and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze issues, present recommendations, and support multiple projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and systems analysis.
- 2+ years of experience with test planning and test case/script development.
- Experience supporting system changes, implementations, or large projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred: Knowledge of income/business tax systems and project management experience.
