However, you must reside in the state of Washington and travel to in-person activities, meetings, and events as needed for business purposes.

The job opportunity
Advance your career within OFM by serving as the Agency Support Team (AST) Lead for the One Washington Workday implementation. In this strategic role, you will help prepare OFM's people, business processes, and technology for the Workday transition while supporting ongoing enterprise operations and continuous improvement.In addition, you will lead business analysis activities throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), partnering with business and technical teams to define requirements, improve processes, and support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of enterprise applications. As OFM's business analysis subject matter expert, you will provide strategic guidance, apply Agile practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that strengthen business operations across the agency.
