Position Summary:


Work very closely with end users in business and cross-functional IT teams that include, planning, inventory management, engineering, and finance, with primary focus in business process improvements and value realization driven deliverables. Be an expert in business processes and SAP which will support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Operations business.


Essential Job Functions:



  • Work with business users to understand their requirements and provide process and system solutions for sophisticated and exciting business problems.

  • Establish work plans for the portfolio, including program and project planning, resource management, test management (Quality Assurance (QA) and user acceptance training (UAT)), release management, and value realization.

  • Work on multiple internal projects as a team member. Lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating and analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions, in logistics, quality, production planning, execution, inventory management, and associated functions.

  • Prepare and conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing scripts by owning and leading respective business process transformation.

  • Collaborate heavily with global resources including multi-functional, IT functional, and technical team members to prioritize, coordinate and architect/implement the solution.

  • Build training documentation and impart training to end users/team members and relevant partners, as necessary.

  • Be an active member of the Digital Transformation leadership team within the organization. Ensure that Digital Transformation roadmaps and strategies align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.

  • Promote a culture for adoption of automation to improve process efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.

  • Analyze, design, propose, implement, and continually improve the Digital Transformation communications processes that ensure the right level of transparency and content around planned Digital Transformation events, issues, project statuses, policy, trainings, and tips.


Position Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree required in business or technical degree or equivalent experience.

  • Between 3-5 years of experience in relevant field including working with or in an IT business applications organization preferred.

  • Between 3-5 years of experience in successfully aligning teams to a common business process and application adoption preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft, SAP IBP, GATP, CPI, BTP S/4 Components with hands on experience.

  • Strong background with SCM business process (Planning, Logistics, Procurement & Operations).

  • Experience in translating business process to System and performing in an unstructured environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence individuals toward a common goal.

  • Strong listening, communication, and influencing skills.


BASE SALARY RANGE:Β  $52,410 - $69,880Β
