Requirements

Data & Reporting

Build, maintain, and improve reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, and Zoho CRM

Develop dashboards and data visualizations that provide leadership teams with actionable business insights

Analyze sales, operational, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements

Support month-end and year-end reporting processes

Assist with data mining initiatives to support sales and marketing efforts

Process Improvement & Automation

Help design and maintain workflows, automations, and scalable business processes

Partner with departments across the organization to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience

Assist in creating SOPs, documentation, and operational improvements company-wide

Support referral tracking, sales promotions, incentive reporting, and performance monitoring

Systems & Team Support

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including training materials and system setup

Support end users with software systems and account management

Help maintain internal databases, software platforms, and contract alignment with leadership

Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

High level of technical(computer) literacy

Experience in Google Sheets, Excel

Familiarity with programming fundamentals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent

Experience with SQL

Experience with JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages

Experience with structured data and reporting
